These are the same racist legal tactics used by so-called birthers.
Obama needs to PROVE he’s an American and Hernandez needs to PROVE he’s an astronaut they say.
Apparently working hard to achieve (the American Dream) doesn’t count if you’re not the right color or ethnicity.
