I don’t think that George Lopez is much of politician, and I don’t think he claims to be one. He doesn’t seem to be coming from a political stand point, and his job is to make jokes. His jokes can be one dimensional and consistently un-dynamic, but I haven’t seen him step away from that in this rant. Dropping f-bombs and talking smack is what you signed up to hear when you tuned in to his performance…you didn’t tune in because he’s the most enlightened and forward thinker out there. When I watch/listen to Lopez I laugh a whole lot, and I can relate to a fraction of his jokes. Taking him for what he is is as much energy as I want to invest in him.
